The player controls the "Lord," an almighty leader whose mission is to develop civilizations and help people form them. In simulation episodes, the player can control the construction of cities like SimCity and use the forces of nature to shape the game world. Sometimes nations face some kind of catastrophe, in which case the Lord must descend to earth to fight the demons. Because the game character is God, you can never die permanently in the game.
